    Glad to hear he was ok. I did attempt to identify the bricks on the LH side with a red flag.
    Could the caption be " riders were falling over themselves to ride this race". Sorry buts it my strange sense of humour.

    The flag was there in front of the bricks, but some riders fell off before the bricks.

    Great race Alan. Wish I could have competed till the end but the Cambridge seemed to be very keen on the bricks (see photgraphic evidence!) and this resulted in me being dropped.

    You can have my entry for next year now, if you promise no bricks!
