Thread: Ed Taylor Road Race 2008

    Cool

I've just checked my online weather site and it now looks like it is going to be showers for the morning with the wind picking up a little. It also looks like it "may" be a tailwind finish if it blows as is being suggested.
We'll just have to see in the morning...

Don't you think I know that!

I was not complaining, I was stating a fact, and wanted to know where the race was going to start from.

I now have 5 non starters and 1 reserve not turning up so there is now 1 spare place going for EOL...

No more calls so maybe everybody is turning up...
The weather may have an effect so if you want to chance it by all means turn up.

Off to bed as I have an early start, see you in the morning??

I have consolidated all the Ed Taylor posts into one thread. I don't think one event really needed four separate threads before the event has even been run.

WET, WINDY, and I'm up and getting ready to go.
No more phone calls or e-mails so it looks like a full field

    SEE YOU THERE

    Wink

    Anyone know how Digby is.

Also did the race complete? When I went through with 4 to go (admittedly a long way down on the leaders) the finish line judges said the race was stopped) but there were still riders going round when I left?

Sorry Nigel, bone to pick with you - you didn't organise the weather very well this year ;-)

Sorry, I can't always let you have "soft weather" options...

    Nigel.
