Quick update

It has been a while since I have posted I know, to be honest there's been little to report in the last few weeks. I have decided to stay with my current team for the 2011 season, the team is going to be a little different to last year. I am the only rider staying on and there will be a slight name change amongst other things. More info shall be forthcoming in the next few days, weeks and months. Oh, if anyone wants a cheap team bike then please contact mpizzol@excel-sports-ltd.com, they were worth 3,500 new and now asking for about 2000, various sizes available all with full Dura-Ace.

As for me personally, well that's been pretty boring too, I have been ill and unable to train for a number of weeks so I'm just waiting patiently until I am better again. Frustrating, but what can you do? Answer: not panic, relax, recover and try and take advantage of the time off - that's the best answer I can come up with. Needless to say that's what I've been doing this entire time...

I managed to get a high score of 137 on Air Traffic Chief: http://www.gamenet.com/game/air-traffic-chief/.
I have been reading http://thedailywh.at/ every day.
I now have seen every episode of Mythbusters, Deadliest Catch, Swamp Loggers (amazing accents) and every permutation of A Car Is Born on the Discovery Channel.

Productive, no?

Have you heard of a pro cyclist called Ackermann? Probably not, in a way he seems to have found what everyone is looking for: http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/acke...-of-retirement. Not 100% sure if I like what he has done, good luck to him anyway.

Here is an article on Cipo being Cipo, perhaps the opposite of Ackermann, he feels the machismo has gone, I'm inclined to agree: http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/cipo...ck-of-machismo

Does anyone remember Cervelo's project California from earlier this year? http://www.cervelo.com/en_us/enginee...ct-california/Well we have one at Primo Cycles now, a snip at 7,500, a reasonable price for a ~700g frame that's stiffer than any other Cervelo I'm sure you agree!
