I was advised by Epping Forest Council yesterday that the level of indemnity for Public Liability cover is £5million and not £10million as originally advised. It appears that EFC were misinformed of the indemnity amount required, which prevented the licences for TLI and LVRC being issued.
As both policies for TLI and LVRC have the correct amount of cover, EFC are issuing the licences, which should take 2-3 days to process. EFC were confident that this should all be cleared up by the weekend. Subject to no other obstacle, racing should commence on the 16th and 19th May.
I will remain in contact with EFC to ensure that the licences are issued as soon as possible and will advise the relevent represensitive of the TLI and LVRC. A message will be posted once it is guaranteed that racing can resume.
Thanks
