God - Dave Strutt!!!! - is he riding at all? - we were all rivals in the 90's - well....I wasn't competitive, but I used to race in the same races as him! - and Darren Griggs!

Has he still got funny sticky out knees???!

....at least our one is closer to home Greg, although we do go as far out as Sudbury. You could always ride half of the Sudbury event and half of ours.

Yes, the rides start from Frating but do not finish at Frating. Saturday ride we loop back to Colchester via Elmstead (A133) and the Sunday ride we loop back to Colchester via Lawford (A137). Hope this information helps and maybe see you out on Sunday. :?:

man that was hard last year especially when you and Gary took off
up the road and left us all grovelling in your wake and turbulence!

....yer we did around 2hrs 15mins on a very windy day and I took off with 20 head winds miles to go, Gary came across with a group that split once we hit that head wind @ Walton-on-the-Naze. It was the same format the year before and we had Mick Gray with us that had ridden 25 miles each way to the event plus the 50 mile reliability trial. :D

Looking forward to this years event.

The Southend Reliability is on the 26th Feb this year, 3 distances (upto 75 miles). I'll post more details when I know them, but I'd assume it's from East Hanningfield again.

Alan, have added the info into a new "round up" list.
If the weather is OK i'll be riding up to Cornard.
We should get a "posse" together and ride up in force?
