I think it's about 50 miles, i don't usually make it as it's a 13 mile ride from home.

Hi,

Met up with Colin, Brian, Del, Jez ,Stacey & Chas (from Eagle) this morning for the Elite club run. Nice to catch up with you chaps. About 50 mile byu the time I got home.

Hello there Elite CC guys,

Pleased to report that the Mrs did not go into labour last night so I got out for 90 minutes this morning. Suitably adorned in full club kit complete with black arm band to remember our fellow cyclists of the Rhyl CC.
