A grim old day, very poor visibility, lots of rain, a bit chilly but damn good tea.
Anyway, not a great set of photos today-and I noticed that you lot were all too wet/chilly to pull any entertaining faces (apart from Phil, naturally)

...I would imagine that he's walking around on big blisters tonight. :!: :D

The rider punctured just before I did with about 1.5 laps to go, thought I was seeing things as he had no shoes on and was running at a fair rate of knots. :shock: :D

Top triathlete Mark Matthews! Not happy with just cycling, he did some running as well. With all the rain and all the water around, I guess you could also say he did the full triathlon. 8)

How many punctures were there today!? We had 3 Cambridge puncture, and Dan Crawley was unlucky enough to puncture in the break as well.

Yes my feet are very sore from a 4km run barefoot. not a pleasent experience! only 3 blood blisters so hoping for a quick recovery!
