ECCA Hill Climb

Toying with the idea of putting myself through some agony this Autumn.
LE handbook says the hill is EH07 (North Hill, Little Baddow) but is taken over two stages. Anyone know what hills are being used?
Or are we going to have a Bill Thorncroft slightly undulating, slightly uphill, 30mph 5m tt special?

i dont understand it either... the chances are the person who goes up quickest the first time will do so the second time....
