2. Minutes of AGM 20/11/03.
3. Officer?s reports (available at meeting): Secretary / Treasurer.
4. Election of Officers for 2004/5 : Chairman / Secretary / Treasurer / Website Manager.
5. Election of committee (currently Steve Smith / Ray Smith / Richard Fraczek / Fred Little.
6. To consider changes to constitution & rules as received . See separate post.
7. Application to join League; Anglia-sport / St.Ives CC.
8. Club membership fee for 2005, (currently £15), payable at meeting.
9. Presentation of Team medal winners & trophy for 2004 ? Glendene cc/ BIKE TRAX.
10. Any Other competent business.
The meeting starts at 8.00 pm. The cafeteria/bar is open from 7.00 pm.
Where rule changes are concerned, only 1 delegate from each club may vote, but all interested club personnel may attend and speak.
NOTE: Old House is at Wilsons corner, Brentwood; there is vehicle parking nearby at Sainsbury?s & public car parks in William Hunter Way.
