Unfortunately we didn't arrive in time to capture the glorious Southend success in the 3/J but here are some pictures of the E,1,2 (http://www.surlaplage.net/cycling/) race.

The rider of the day must have been Dean who won the 3/4/J easily and then rode the E/1/2, that's 64 laps in a matter of three hours. :!: :shock: :wink:

Ta, Eastway is fab for piccie taking. It was a good day, shame it was a late start tho as it really cuts the day up.

one of the best things about Eastway is you can wander round the course a few times while the boyz are racing.

Yep, We will be there, no doubt with the boy and the hound in tow :D ! Makes walking round a little bit more of an adventure :shock: , but my duties as chief piccie taker mean I will rise to the challenge! :lol:

By the looks of it i may be over in Belgium that weekend with James, but if its quiet race-wise over there i may be able to persuade him to come over :lol:
